The hotel offered great value for the price. the room was quiet and clean, with a comfortable bed and a good shower. the breakfast buffet was impressive and had a variety of options. the location near the train station was convenient for exploring the city.
The hotel rooms were on the older side and some were not up to standard. There were issues with the room size and bed quality.

The location of Novum Hotel couldn't have been better for my stay in Hamburg. It was conveniently located right across from the main train station and between the two major museums. I was able to easily explore the city and reach my destinations without any hassle.

Its proximity to the main railway station and the airport train make it convenient for exploring the city. The rooms are clean and spacious, providing a comfortable stay. Plus, the coffee is actually good, which is a rarity in Europe. the location and amenities make it a great choice for a stay in the city.
Housekeeping occasionally entered the room without warning, which can be intrusive and unsettling for guests.
